A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Less effort. Clearer results.

01 / Barcode labels

Batch Code 128 barcode label maker

  1. Edit the sample rows or import a CSV with name, code and copies columns.
  2. Choose A4 or Letter, then match the label dimensions and gaps to your actual sheet.
  3. Review every page, export a PDF and print at actual size without scaling.

Code 128 accepts ASCII text and numbers. These labels do not assign a GS1, UPC or EAN product identifier. Test a printed label with your scanner before printing a full batch.

02 / Address labels

CSV address label maker

  1. Enter recipient names and addresses, or import a CSV using name and address columns.
  2. Use quoted CSV fields to include line breaks inside an address. Set how many copies each recipient needs.
  3. Check the sheet, then download a PDF or print with margins disabled and actual size selected.

This tool creates address labels, not postage or carrier shipping labels. Confirm each address and your printer alignment before sending mail.

  2. Add an optional ASCII product code to print a barcode, then choose each row’s number of copies.
  3. Set your paper and label size, inspect the pages and export or print the finished sheets.

Prices are printed exactly as entered. The tool does not calculate sales tax or convert currencies. Test barcode readability and print alignment before a full run.

FAQ

A few useful things to know.

Can I use my own product codes?

Yes. Enter existing SKU values or internal identifiers using printable ASCII characters, up to 48 characters. Longer values need wider labels.

Why does a barcode not fit?

Bars need room for their modules and quiet zones. Use a shorter code or a wider label; the tool will not stretch bars to force a fit.

Is the CSV uploaded?

No. CSV parsing, preview and PDF rendering take place in your browser. Closing or reloading the page clears your current edits.

Can an address use several lines?

Yes. Add line breaks directly in the address cell, or enclose multiline addresses in quotes in your CSV file.

Will Chinese characters print correctly?

Labels are rendered with your device’s fonts before they are embedded into the PDF. Check the preview to confirm your device can display all the characters.

Can I reuse a partially used label sheet?

This version fills sheets from the top-left label. Use a fresh sheet, or arrange blank positions in your printing workflow separately.

Can I use any currency?

Yes. Prices are text, so you can enter $18.00, €12, ¥38 or another format. Nothing is converted automatically.

Is a barcode required?

No. Leave the code cell blank for a simple product-and-price label. Add a code to include a Code 128 barcode.

How many labels can I create?

Each run supports up to 500 data rows, 1,000 labels and 40 pages. Split larger batches into separate files to keep browser memory use manageable.
